The Babolat Drive Z Lite tennis racket is perfect for those suited to a light weight racket.
This is a particular favorite of many women tennis players who find the ease of use and maneuverability a real plus. However this lighter frame is well complemented with a stiffer Zylon profile which provides extra stability for even the fussiest of intermediate and advanced players.
What is Zylon technology you ask? It is a technology that the Drive Z line has made popular, as it makes use of the Zylon Matrix™ system which offers extremely light weight framing but does not sacrifice maneuverability or stability.
At the same time the Babolat tennis racket offers high levels of power thanks mostly to the added stiffness in the throat.
This is of course in reference to the Cortex system which filters out harsh vibrations but still allows the player to feel like they are hitting the ball.
In court tests, the Woofer grommet system also allows the strings to move allowing a larger sweet spot. The racket also offered excellent mobility and a solid feel from all areas of the court, and spin was also easily created to offer yet another level of control.
In fact the Babolat Drive Z Lite Tennis Racket is such a versatile racket, stronger players might want to add some lead weight if they feel compelled to do so.
All in all this is an extremely adaptable racket that provides a comfortable yet assuring response from all areas of the court. It would be to your advantage to check it out today.

All you say about htis raquet is true I have been using it for 3 yrs now. When I first moved up in the rankings this raquet provided a manuverability and stabliity that I felt immediatly raised my game. I did add lead wieght to the frame ala pete sampras style on either side of the frame around the sweet spot for more pop on the serve. Though mine are beat up now from play I wouldn’t trade them and I am looking right now for new (used) versions of this raquet. I play with the 2009 version.
glad you have had such a reliable racket cheri, it doesn’t appear to be that popular on amazon if reviews are anything to go by
I accidentally bought one of this. You said it is “a particular favorite of many women tennis players”. I am a man, beginner to medium level. Can it be used by man? Thanks.
Hi David
Yes, men can use the racket also. If you like the larger sweet spot and lighter frame then continue to use it.
However if you want something with more weight then try something else.
Is this racket comparable to the discontinued babolot pure drive 360?
